Welcome to our website, our club was formed in 1933 by an association of bowlers who wanted to create a new club on the site. Formerly believed to 0be the stables for the horses that worked the canal and adjacent lime kilns, the site was established by members making donations for the land purchase and the erection of a club building. Over the years the club house has been extended and renovated to provide wonderful views over the Devon countryside.
The premises are owned by a Trust and the club is managed to maintain the premises for the benefit of bowlers in Tiverton and the surrounding area.
We are affiliated to Bowls England ( No 08092 ) and Bowls Devon.
