It was a rather challenging afternoon on their parched and fairly rough, patchy green. But the sun shone, and the company was good, so it mattered little that some of us struggled to master the surface. We did win two of the five rinks, Lesley's (20-12) and Lloyd's (15-14) but we came second overall, 76 shots to 93 for Uffculme. Thanks to all for helping to make it an enjoyable afternoon 😊
