Match Report - 11 Jun 2025, Tiverton Canal Bowling Club Over 60s Blue lost to Wellington Tigers
A lovely warm afternoon for bowling at Wellington, where the Over 60's Blue team faced the Wellington Tigers. One triple got an absolute mauling by the Tigers while the other triple tamed the beasts and came away with a convincing 24 to 10 win. Alan, Peter and Barry got the measure of the green winning 12 of the 18 ends. Rod, Chris and Kevin on the other hand, could only win 3 out of the 18 ends! A dry and fast green brought challenges but we were simply out played by better bowling going down 5 to 27😱.
So, only 2 points today..
