The sun shone relentlessly, the wind blew relentlessly, the green had been recently verticut and the opposition were second in the league and we had a really good afternoon.
Both rinks were played in good spirit in what was always a "nip and tuck" situation. KL was 8-2 after 5 ends, 8-11 after 10 and 12-12 after 15. LD was 2-5 down after 5, 6-12 after 10 and 13-13 after 15 ends
Disappointing not to get something from the game.
