It was "Happy days again!" at Tiverton Canal for the Over 60's White team with Team Captain Lloyd adding "I couldn't ask for more from any of them.
Kevin Lower's triple went from 2-6 at 5 ends to 9-8 at 10, then got 3 x3s in a row for 20-8 after 15 ends. Lloyd's rink was 4-2 after 6 ends and it was tight, then a 5 and a 4 gave us the comfort of 15-5, after which we won 7 of last 8 ends conceding just 1 shot.
Weather was more than hot and green exceptionally fast. We played to /from Clubhouse while pump installation was going on. with the occasional very tempting shower as they tested system on rinks 4, 5,6
