Match Report - 06 Aug 2026, Tiverton Canal Bowling Club Over 60s Blue beat Marina B
Blue's on their second outing this week, at home against Marina B, the match previously postponed following Tony Crawford's accident.
Duncan Peter T and Phill were in fine form, leading 19 to 5 after 12 ends. Despite then dropping a 4 they kept it together and finished 22 to 14.
David Hussey, myself and Kevin Lower played a competent team who were leading 7 to 8 on the eigth end. However we then got to grips with the speed of the green after yesterday's woeful green at Feniton. Of the last 10 ends we only let them win 3 and we managed to end with a comfortable 20 to 16 win. So all 8 points to us.
